Access to the path 'C:\PROGRAMDATA\MTUITIVE...mTuitive.LoaderModule.dll.AppInfo.xml' is denied.

Access to the path 'C:\PROGRAMDATA\MTUITIVE, INC\XPERT\3.1.0.15\mTuitive.LoaderModule.dll.AppInfo.xml' is denied.

This problem can occur when a windows configuration file is corrupted. To fix this problem:

  1. Please navigate to the following folder: 'C:\PROGRAMDATA\MTUITIVE, INC\XPERT\3.1.0.15\’. Note: Your path may have a different version number instead of 3.1.0.15.
  2. Delete the file called “mTuitive.LoaderModule.dll.AppInfo.xml’
  3. Restart xPert.
