Install Wizard Steps

First, download the setup installer sent to you by mTuitive. If this file is zipped, extract it first, then run the installer (.msi or .exe).

The setup wizard will open. Click "Next."

Agree to the license terms by selecting "I Agree" and click "Next."

Enter the License Key sent to you by mTuitive into the text field (this can be copied and pasted). Click "Next."

Note: This License Key was sent to the Technical Personnel in charge of implementation. If you require help finding your License Key, please contact mTuitive at support@mtuitive.com.

Select Current User Application Data, then click "Next."

Confirm the install folder. The default is recommended. Note: if you select a different folder, you must ensure the selected directory has the appropriate permissions enabled.

Click "Next" again to begin the installation. Note: this may take a few minutes. If you receive a Windows popup asking to make changes to this computer, confirm that the publisher is mTuitive, Inc. and that it is Microsoft-verified, then click "Allow."

When finished, you will see a message that the application has been installed. Click "Close."

Ensure that the necessary permissions are granted. mTuitive requires the following permissions to be in place for a successful implementation of mTuitive xPert or CAP eFRM:

Folder: C:\ProgramData\mTuitive,Inc
Group: Users or Everyone
Permission: Full Control

mTuitive xPert Only
Folder: C:\Program Files (x86)\mTuitive Software
Group: Users or Everyone
Permission: Full Control

CAP eFRM Only
Folder: C:\Program Files (x86)\CAP
Group: Users or Everyone
Permission: Full Control

Find eFRM/xPert in the Start menu, either under "Start>mTuitive Software>xPert" or "Start>CAP>CAP eFRM," unless you chose to install it to a custom directory. Run the application to ensure it installed correctly.
