Enabling Synoptic Button in Cerner PathNet

If the "Synoptic..." button in Cerner is grayed out, the user should ensure that the "Modify" checkbox is enabled on the right side of the Home toolbar. The user can also use the shortcut Ctrl + M to enable the "Modify" checkbox. Once this box is selected, the user can then click on the "Synoptic..." button.
