Deploy CAP 2022 Q4

mTuitive has been working hard to update the College of American Pathologists' electronic Cancer Protocols (CAP eCP)! When you are ready to deploy the updated 2022 Q4 CAP eCP checklists to either Test or Live environments, please follow all of the steps below:

Note: If you deploy checklists via your browser using the web-based Database Administrator tool, please refer to the web-based instructions here.

Please note: if you have not deployed the 2022 Q1, Q2, and/or Q3 updates, please do so before deploying the 2022 Q4 Update. Thank you!

1. Log In: Sign into CAP eFRM as an administrator who can access the database administration tools. 2. Deploy New Templates: From the left-hand panel, select "DEV" from the Group dropdown (1). Then, select “2022 Q4 CAP [...]" from the Template Set dropdown (2). On the right-hand panel, select Group LIVE or TEST (3) and Template Set "Synoptic Pathology Algorithms" (4).

Then, from the list of checklists in the left-hand panel, check any CAP templates you would like to deploy. Templates can be selected individually by clicking the box next to the name of the desired template. To select all the templates at once, click the top box to the left of the header "Template Name" (1). Once all desired templates are selected, click the large black arrow (2) to deploy templates.3. Please wait while templates deploy: Grab a coffee but don't go too far!

4. Deployed:  Once you see the message "Deployment completed," you are free to click the "Close" button. Please note that deployed templates will be highlighted in green in the left-hand panel.

5. Remove retired checklists: One checklist, Endometrium Biomarkers, has been retired in this release. To remove this checklist, check off the checklist in the right-hand panel (1), then click on the Delete Template button (2).

Note: If you have not removed the three CNS checklists that were retired in the 2022 Q3 release, please remove those as well. The checklists are CNS Biomarker Reporting, CNS: Integrated Diagnosis, and CNS: Histological Assessment.

6. The new worksheets will then be available to the Pathologists for use.
