Pathology Web: How to Unlock an mTuitive Report

Designated Administrators at Customers configured under the Pathology PROD group are able to unlock their own reports using the DB Admin Tool. The Customer Administrator(s) will need an Administrator User ID and Password, provided by mTuitive, as well as the Case ID of the locked report.

• To unlock a report, go to https://pathology.mtuitive.com
• Enter your Admin User ID and Password
• On the right side of the screen, under Deployed Templates, select the desired Deployment Group such as <customer name> LIVE for your live mTuitive environment or <customer name> TEST for your test mTuitive environment
• To the right, click on the Manage Locks... button
• Find the desired Case ID, click the box to the left and click the Unlock button
• The case is now unlocked
• To log out of the DB Admin Tool, click on your user name in the upper right corner and select Logoff
