Start a New Case with xPert Web

If you are have a login to xPert Web as a standalone application — meaning it's not integrated with your AP or LIS system — then you will have a link, username, and password.

1. Visit the site https://xpert.mtuitive.net/
2. Enter your username and password.
3. After logging in, just enter a case number and choose your checklist. 
4. You will automatically be taken to the new synoptic report to complete!
