mTuitive Pathology Release Notes - Sept 22nd

Pathology Web v1.2.1.0

September 22nd, 2026

Overview

This release introduces a dedicated Addendum workflow connecting mTuitive Pathology and Epic Beaker, enabling pathologists to generate and submit synoptic reports directly into a pathology report addendum.

What's New

Dedicated Addendum Launch Point

  • A new, separate button/link is available in Epic Beaker for launching mTuitive specifically from the Addendum workflow, alongside the existing Synoptic Reports launch point.
  • Each addendum requiring one or more synoptic reports from mTuitive is tied to its own dedicated mTuitive LRR (Lab Results Report) in Epic.
  • A single addendum can contain one or more synoptic reports.

Context-Aware mTuitive Launch

  • When a pathologist launches mTuitive from Epic Beaker, the system recognizes which section they launched from — Synoptic Reports or Synoptic Addendum — and routes completed reports back to the correct location in Epic.

Unified, Context-Sensitive Report View

  • The mTuitive UI displays synoptic reports from both the Synoptic Reports section and the Synoptic Addendum section, grouped by type.
  • Only the reports associated with the section the pathologist launched from are editable; all other reports are shown as view-only.
  • The UI clearly indicates which Beaker report section the pathologist is currently adding synoptic report(s) to, reducing the risk of submitting data to the wrong location.
  • Each LRR field has a configurable display name (set in mTuitive Pathology admin) that appears in the mTuitive UI, so customers can label sections in a way that matches their workflow.
